Delivery Information
Within Malaysia
- Prices quoted are not inclusive of shipping unless indicated.
- Delivery is only via Pos Laju/Pos Ekspres. Pos charges will be as per Pos Laju/Pos Ekspres' website.
- Order(s) will be shipped within 1-3 working days upon confirmation & receipt of payment.
- Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable unless item is defected or is different from what was ordered.
- Items will be shipped in a envelope in Pos Ekspres/Pos Laju's hard envelope.
International
- Kindly enquire for shipping rates via email at squareart.my@gmail.com
- All packages will be shipped in a cello bag protected in a padded envelope.
Payment methods
- For Malaysian orders, payments can be made via Interbank Giro (IBG) to our Maybank/CIMB account. Account details will be provided via email.
- We also accept Paypal and credit card payments, however an additional charge will be levied on the item price.
- For International orders, payment can only be made via Paypal.
- For both Malaysian & International orders, kindly make payment within 3 days of confirming orders, otherwise the mentioned order will be deemed cancelled.
- Orders will only be delivered/shipped once complete payment is made.
